Key responsibilities are to ensure the financial viability of MSL, manage day to day business operations, assist with sales and marketing activities, and ensure legal obligations are met.
IT Services & Support
Key responsibilities are to provide technical support to maintenance contract customers, product installation and implementation support, and provide user training when required.
Mainframe, Midrange & Server Software
Key responsibility for MSL’s sales and marketing initiatives. Account management and customer relations with both customers and suppliers are key to his role.
As with any small business operation there is considerable cross-over between roles. While everyone has their own areas of expertise and responsibility resources are used in areas of most need as and when required.
MSL has an agreement with ESP Consultancy for any additional technical or Project Management resources that may be required. ESP is an independent consultancy business based in New Zealand that operates in within NZ & Australia.
