Callum Mills
25 years industry experience, MCSE and CNE qualified, project management of a number of high profile IT projects within the Australasian Marketplace. Eight years sales experience with IT consultancies, facilities management, hardware and software sales.

Callum manages and directs the MSL IT Services and Support team as well as providing consultancy services and account management services to our clients. With Callum’s experience and expertise he can provide clients with a variety of options to suit their requirements and budget as well as providing an IT roadmap for future requirements.


Josephine Alviso
Josephine is a trained systems engineer with international experience behind her. Originally from the Philippines Josephine has completed her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and undergone advanced network and server training in Japan. Josephine has specialist skills in Linux, VMware as well as Windows server and desktop environments. Site documentation, creation of user manuals and system policy and procedure documentation is one of Josephines strengths. Josephine is currently studying towards her Microsoft (MCSA) Certification.

Steve Desai

Support Technician
(full time)
Steve has completed his Bachelor of computing systems which he received from Unitec. Since completing his Bachelor degree Steve has worked at telecom where he provided the public with install and technical support over the phone. He first worked on the dialup helpdesk and then progressed on to the Broadband helpdesk. From there Steve moved to Downers engineering where he managed a team of Downers server technicians on different jobs and locations. Before moving to Mycroft Systems Ltd Steve was at Tyco where he provided technical support for Servers and end users. A lot of this was based around remote support for Microsoft based products.

Wayne Sebaljai

Support Technician
(full time)
Wayne has completed his Bachelor of computing systems which he received from Unitec. After this he spent 3 years at telecom providing technical support to the public with their Broadband issues. While at telecom he had a good grasp on any issues that can arise with Broadband including email, speed etc

Ryan Maxwell

Support Technician
(part time)
Ryan is a keen young student who is employed as a desktop support technician outside of his university studies. Ryan has excellent skills with PC systems and Mac systems.

Dave Bryant
Dave has extensive IT industry technical and consultancy expertise, particularly with Lotus Notes (both development and administration) , the Domino web server and related internet technologies
